My Experience
We have been addressing Harishchandragad as \"Harish\" since I can remember. Just as anyone would address a friend. Someone who will calm you down from the hustle of Mumbai, someone who will make you feel that you have arrived at a comforting place where words are not needed to communicate. Just 3 hours from Mumbai, this magnificent landscape offers an experience of a lifetime. I have found this place to be inviting throughout the year but onset of monsoons and February winters are my personal favorites. The ancient temple on the peak is called Kedareshwar temple and is suitable to have an overnight stay on Harish.
